Summer on the Blue Ridge

It’s finally Summertime! This is the best season in the Blue Ridge Mountains to step outside and enjoy the weather. From cool mornings to the hot afternoons, you’ll find summer is really where they excel. Long days, laid-back vibes, and slow-paced afternoons on a porch, you’ll find anything goes in this neck of the woods. There’s no pressure to “summer” right, just set yourself down somewhere fun forget the hustle and bustle of regular life, set the phone to do not disturb, and take some time off

Summer in the Blue Ridge Mountains is perfect for so many reasons. while having a "Beach Body" may be the rule of the day at the Ocean, no one ever asks if you have your “Mountain Body”. If you’re hot, you just take a dip in Lake Sherando. There are no Crazy Beach crowds. Instead, we have fireflies in the evening and birds in the trees. The trees are full, the fields are green, and you can smell the wildflowers when you drive with the windows down.
