| Cabin Logwood is a very unique lodging opportunity. This
is a log cabin built prior to the Civil War by a Confederate
Soldier who was later killed in the war! Logwood is our
most rustic cabin, with logs exposed on the inside, wood
floors, a couple of low overhead beams that you have to
duck, and an antique claw foot tub (with no shower). Despite
the rustic environment, Logwood is still very comfortably
furnished. The bedroom is in the loft, with two double
beds. Downstairs is an open room complete with fireplace
and kitchen. A deck on the back overlooks the picnic table
and charcoal grill down by the creek. |
